Address & Delivery

If you select the wrong address, please contact support before the order is dispatched. Our team will cancel your current order and place it again with the correct address. The refund for the canceled order will be available within 24 hours.

Delivery fees and service areas depend on your location within Ontario, Canada. During the checkout process, our system will inform you of any delivery charges and confirm if we deliver to your area.

Log in to your account, go to the “Profile” section, and edit your personal information such as name, email, and saved addresses.

Yes, you can add, edit, or delete multiple delivery addresses in the “My Profile” section and make one of those addresses as the primary address.

Reservations & Table Booking

To reserve a table, visit our website, go to the “Reservations” section, select the date, time, and number of guests, and confirm your booking.

You can book a table for an hour in advance. Please arrive on time so we can serve your pre-ordered food fresh and hot.

Yes, you can modify your pre-ordered items before your reserved time by visiting the “My Bookings” section or contacting our team directly.

No, table reservations are free.

You can reserve a table up to 7 days in advance. Simply select the preferred date, time, and number of guests.

To modify or cancel your reservation, go to the “My Reservations” section in your profile. You can also contact us directly.

If you’re late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. If you reach 10 minutes late than the reservation time, then the reservation will be canceled.

Order Tracking & Payments

Once your order is placed, you can track its status in real-time using the “Track Order” option on your account page.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. Payment options will be visible at checkout.
